H:Harmony

Harmony is much more than coordination. Coordination is organizing different components of a system to ensure effective output. But harmony is being in complete consonance with the surroundings, so as to produce an output greater than the sum of the components. Coordination merely adds up the efforts, but harmony adds life to this addition, making it more effective and organic. Therefore harmony becomes a necessary ingredient for success.
Harmony doesn’t mean uniformity. You don’t get a harmony when everyone sings the same note. Rather it is the coming together of different but complementary notes to make the music sweeter. Harmony is an attempt to bring together the different elements and bind them together to achieve a unified effort. Harmony implies oneness- oneness with the surroundings and oneness with oneself.
When you are in harmony with the universe, this makes you in unison with all the components, including the people and the abstract values. This boosts up the effort and propels you towards success. But achieving this harmony needs some efforts. You
have to change yourselves, and sometimes you have to change the situation. And once you achieve this harmony with universe, as the famous quote goes, the whole universe conspires in helping you to achieve your goal.
Even more important is to be in harmony with oneself. This starts with realizing and recognizing the real self. Next comes overcoming the fears and prejudices to clear up the thought process. This eventually leads to the harmony between your values and principles with your actions and behaviour. Harmony with our own self is very important to be in peace with oneself.
Just like Physics, even in real life the harmony is about the adjusting the imperfect wavelengths to achieve the perfect note. It is about adjusting one’s behaviour with one’s core values and also with the dynamic environment to achieve success. Because success is achieved when you achieve harmony with your intentions, intuitions,  execution and existence.
