I’m Abhijit Raut — IAS (2013, Maharashtra cadre) by profession and a biotechnologist by training, navigating the fascinating crossroads of governance, science, and society. Beyond the official designation, I’m an amateur geographer and a self-confessed naïve writer who enjoys exploring ideas as much as landscapes.
