Growth is a sign of life. Life becomes static without growth. Growth and development is essential for success. It’s not enough to start the pursuit of success. You need to keep going and keep growing everyday, every moment. Success is nothing but an outcome of this process of growth.

This growth is rarely sudden. Growth requires patience. The road to success is like a sapling which grows a few inches every month eventually to become a mammoth tree. It doesn’t matter how much but you need to keep growing everyday. It maybe a painful process sometimes but pain inspires growth.

Growth is often the biggest output of success. You can see many successful people who grew beyond their material achievements. In fact in many success stories the real success is the growth one achieves during the process.

Growth is possible only when there is continuous effort and struggle. We don’t grow much when the situation is favourable. Challenges stimulate growth. In fact what makes you uncomfortable often creates an opportunity to grow. Whenever we have two choices- to move ahead for growth, or to stay still for safety, we need to choose growth again and again. Because there is no meaning to life without growth.
