Q: Quality

Quality of efforts, quality of decisions, quality of actions, quality of people- quality matters a lot. When we set up a goal and try to achieve it, merely taking steps towards it does not yield results. The quality of these steps is important. It decides the ultimate result of any attempt.

Quality is not a coincidence. It is a hard earned result of honest intentions, dogged efforts, proper direction and intense practice. Quality is all about execution of the perfect. It is not an isolated phenomenon but a product of wise choice of multiple alternatives.

An important hallmark of quality is consistency. Quality never comes as a random outcome. It needs consistent and persistent efforts in right direction. Further quality is not a static feature. It needs continuous evolution and improvement. The standards of any parameter keep on improving with each effort. Hence quality is not a one time achievement but it is a habit, a way of life.

Quality is costly. It takes a lot of sacrifice and devotion to create quality and to further maintain it. Compromises and short cuts do not produce quality. Quality is a reflection of one’s commitment to excellence. And once we achieve excellence, success follows!
